Mojo Preachers
The Mojo Preachers are a five piece, female fronted, progressive-blues band delivering hard-hitting, original tunes with an intense stage performance to match. They pride themselves in conjuring a melodiously intricate and authentic sound that while rooted in the blues has its mixing spoons in many pots and is far from conventional. To date they have supported Jo Harman, Malcolm Bruce, Malaya Blue & Steve Rogers. Their first album ‘Confessions’, released in May 2016 has sold out and album two is due to be released in 2018. On the back of great reviews from Blues Matters, Blues in Britain and Get Ready to Rock magazine as well as regular radio airplay and a busy gigging calendar they continue to go from strength to strength. The Preachers promise to deliver strong narratives dripping with an intense poetic, raw mojo vibe that moves from groovy traditional blues to psychedelic funk to hard-hitting rock. A tense and tantalising tribute to what tickles the musical heart.

The Thinking Men
The Thinking Men are a dark devilish affair, a deliciously instinctive seduction walking the rim of nightmares while channelling inspirations from the likes of Tom Waits, Nick Cave, The Doors, and Jack White into something boldly individual. A fiercely memorable and dramatic stage proposition, the band bring the same depth of theatre and intensity into their song writing, weaving rich tales and emotions around addiction sparking hooks and groove threaded melodies. It is all in evidence within the band’s latest EP, ‘Memento Mori ‘, a tapestry of dark adventures never going where you expect and taking the listener to shadowy corners they may not wish to peer into, it all going on with a wily touch of mischief and a whiff of irresistible madness. The Thinking Men are poised to make 2018 their most potent, exciting, and unforgettable time yet; their invitation is the insatiable tease of their sound and is open for all.

Uncalled Four
The Uncalled Four hail from Norfolk.  They’re all old enough to know better and yet young enough to play old school Rhythm & Blues, with a spring in the step and a twinkle in the eye.  And, Ladies and Gentlemen, that's R&B of the broadest church, with a twist of Blues, a twang of Country and a trace of Americana.  A clutch of original tunes jostle side by side with classics from BB King, Ray Charles, Georgie Fame, Bonnie Raitt, Stephen Bruton, Ry Cooder, Waylon Jennings, the Rolling Stones and many more.  Come and see them.  We think you'll like it.
