Norwich has just been named the UK’s best place to live- but how do we translate that into becoming one of the best places to build a career?

This BID Breakfast brings together local employers to explore the realities of attracting and retaining talent in our region. Through expert insight, lived experience, and open discussion, we’ll look at both the challenges we face and the opportunities we can unlock together.

From salary expectations to lifestyle-led benefits, from retaining local graduates to attracting new talent into the city – this session is about rethinking our collective proposition and identifying how we can better tell, and live, the story of Norwich as a place to work.

Expect honest perspectives, fresh thinking, and the chance to shape what comes next.
