Bringing festive light and spark to the city.
Norwich BID brings the city alight for Christmas. We’ve invested in Norwich’s festive season, with wrap-around lights on the city’s trees and lamp posts. We also support the city via VisitNorwich, creating festive campaigns to drive tourism and encourage locals to take advantage of all the city has to offer.
Christmas Tree Lights
What’s better than one Christmas tree? A whole city of them. In 2019 we invested in new seasonal twinkling lights and upgraded for Christmas 2023, which wrap around the city’s trees. From Gentleman’s Walk to London Street, through Davey Place and London Street to Prince of Wales Road, Tombland and Timber Hill, the trees glisten in an elegant festive display. The upgrade sees a more sustainable Christmas too, with 100% of the scheme using renewable energy.
